Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc is a California white wine crafted by winemaker Jenny Wagner, daughter of Chuck Wagner who founded the renowned Caymus Vineyards. The Emmolo label draws its name from Jenny's maternal family, who have a deep farming heritage in Napa Valley spanning generations.

Guided by the philosophy that "less is more," this Sauvignon Blanc is dry and fresh, featuring crisp fruit flavors and bright minerality. Grapes are sourced from family vineyards in Napa Valley along with select fruit from Suisun Valley — a maritime-influenced region just a short drive from Napa that produces exceptional, vibrant fruit. Careful farming practices, including crop thinning, ensure the grapes achieve ideal ripeness without becoming overly ripe or herbaceous.

On the palate, the wine delivers lovely notes of melon, apricot, citrus, and lemongrass, with a crisp, clean finish and a touch of mineral complexity that balances the upfront fruit. With 12.8% ABV and bright acidity, it is medium-bodied and refreshing. It pairs well with light salads, grilled fish, oysters, and fresh seafood dishes.
