This instant pho is fully vegan, gluten-free, MSG-free, and soy-free with no artificial ingredients. It prepares in minutes by adding boiling water and covering for 2 minutes, or microwaving with water for 3 minutes. Unlike conventional instant noodle cups, it uses a real veggie broth base and traditional pho spices, with just 400mg of sodium per serving — well below the 1,000mg+ typical of competing brands.
