Fable 373 references Aesop's Fables, continuing the storytelling theme of the brand. The blend is 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, and 5% Tempranillo.

The wine presents a dark garnet color with purple accents and an aromatic nose of blueberry, boysenberry, currants, and briar-wood. On the palate, expect flavors of sweet plums, red and black cherries, vanilla, herbs, earth, warm cedar planks, and freshly ground spices. It is medium-bodied with bright acidity, integrated tannins, and a lush, giving mouthfeel. Notes of blackcurrant, licorice, and dark chocolate round out the finish.
