Solar de Becquer Reserva is a classic red wine from the Cuesta la Reina estate in La Rioja, Spain, produced by Familia Escudero under the prestigious DOCa Rioja designation. This elegant Tempranillo-forward blend (95% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha) represents traditional Rioja winemaking with careful attention to quality at every stage of production.

Grapes are harvested in small fruit boxes to preserve their integrity, then undergo 12 days of maceration in tanks. Following pressing, the must ferments slowly at low temperature to develop measured flavors before aging to Reserva classification standards.

The wine pours a bigarreau cherry red color with purple trimming. The nose is clean and expressive with aromas of small wild fruits, red fruits, and aniseed. On the palate, it is elegant and well-structured, round and long with a pleasant fresh and fruity finish. Alcohol content is 13% ABV.

Pairs well with creamy cheeses, charcuterie and dressed meats, and white meat prepared with creamy sauces.
