Each 2-pound resealable bag contains whole bean coffee ready to be freshly ground to suit your preferred brew method. For drip brewing, use 2 tablespoons (14g) per 8 ounces of water. For a French press, use 8 tablespoons (56g) of coarsely ground coffee for a 34-ounce press, pour 32 ounces of water just off the boil, and steep for 4 minutes. For pour over, use 3 tablespoons (21g) of medium ground coffee per 10-ounce drink, slowly pouring 12 ounces of water just off the boil. Store in an airtight container on a dry, cool shelf away from refrigeration and bring the coffee to room temperature before brewing.
