Tooth & Nail Amor Fati Chardonnay from the San Luis Obispo Coast AVA is a cool-climate Chardonnay sourced from Norgrove Garden Vineyard, located just 2.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean in the Arroyo Grande Valley. The wine opens with vibrant aromas of pineapple, tropical fruit, lime wedge, and toasted brioche, delivering bright flavors of peach, apricot, tangelo, green apple, and wet slate minerality with a fresh, quenching finish marked by racy acidity and Pacific salinity.

The 2022 vintage was whole-cluster pressed and fermented exclusively in 228-liter French oak barriques with 10 percent new oak, then aged on heavy lees for 10 months with regular lees stirring. Seventy-five percent of the wine underwent secondary malolactic fermentation for enhanced mouthfeel and texture. Amor Fati is Tooth & Nail's most elevated imprint, representing the finest wines from the winery. The grapes are sustainably farmed with organic practices at their Paso Robles estate.
