Arette Artesanal Añejo is a premium 100% blue agave tequila produced at Destilería El Llano in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, by brothers Eduardo and Jaime Orendain — descendants of one of Mexico's most celebrated tequila-making families. El Llano is one of the oldest active distilleries in the region, located at the foot of the Tequila volcano.

This Añejo expression is aged 20 months in previously used American bourbon barrels, building complexity while retaining the spirit's core agave character. The production process uses a tighter cut of the heads and tails during distillation, which focuses the flavor profile on the agave and creates a smooth, easy-going mouthfeel. Fermentation takes place in traditional cement vats, lending a subtle mineral quality to the finished spirit.

On the nose, expect light cooked agave, citrus, dried herbs, and hints of tropical fruit. The palate delivers cooked agave, light oak, toasted almonds and walnuts, and a touch of vanilla, leading to a lasting, peppery finish. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) under NOM 1109. Available in a case of 6 x 750mL bottles.
