Suntory Whisky Toki is a blended Japanese whisky that brings together the House of Suntory's heritage and innovative spirit. The name "Toki" means "time" in Japanese, representing the dynamic juxtaposition of old and new. Fifth Generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo crafted this blend by highlighting Chita grain whisky in equal standing with Hakushu malt whisky, while select Yamazaki malt adds further depth and complexity. The whisky is distilled, aged, and bottled in Japan using Japanese water and ingredients.

This vivid blend features aromatic notes of basil, green apple, honey, fresh flowers, and white peach. The palate showcases grapefruit, toasted grains, honey nut oats, lemon oil, peppermint, thyme, cinnamon, vanilla, fresh-cut grass, and a touch of brine. The finish is subtly sweet and spicy with hints of vanilla oak, white pepper, and ginger. At 86 proof (43% ABV), Toki is versatile and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed in cocktails, particularly excelling in the classic Japanese highball.

The bottle features sleek, minimal rectangular design with an off-centered label that is both sophisticated and playful, using the timeless Suntory Whisky Kanji logo. This modern twist on the classic "square bottle" design pays homage to Kakubin, the original cornerstone of Japanese whisky.
