Peter Thomas Roth Potent-C Power Eye Cream is a hydrating eye cream formulated with 10% THD Ascorbate, an ultra-stable form of Vitamin C that is 50 times more powerful than traditional Vitamin C. The formula is amplified by 3% Vitamin E and 2% Ferulic Acid, which work synergistically to deliver powerful antioxidant benefits to the delicate under-eye area.
