Asaro Organic Castelvetrano Green Pitted Olives are handpicked olives from the Valle del Belice region of Sicily, Italy. Also known as Nocellara del Belice, these bright green olives have been cultivated by the Asaro Family since 1916. The olives are processed within four hours of being picked and preserved with natural sea salt from Trapani, Sicily. They feature a large size, naturally green color, and mild, buttery flavor with a crisp, meaty texture.

These certified organic olives are Non-GMO verified, gluten-free, and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. They are perfect as an aperitif before dinner, excellent in martinis, and pair beautifully with cheese and antipasto.
