Sapo de Otro Pozo Red Blend is an Argentinian wine from Mosquita Muerta Wines, crafted in the Uco Valley region of Mendoza at the foothills of the Andes Mountains. The name translates to "Toad from Another Well," reflecting the wine's unconventional and distinctive character. The blend consists of 60% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Syrah, sourced from multiple premium terroirs including Los Chacayes, Gualtallary, El Manzano, and La Consulta.

Grapes are hand-harvested at different dates from each vineyard to achieve ideal ripeness and expression. The wine is fermented in a variety of vessels — concrete egg-shaped vats, 1,000-liter oak casks, and 225-liter oak barrels — giving each component a unique character. Half of the final wine is then aged for 14 months in first-use French oak barrels, imparting structure and complexity.

In the glass, the wine presents a dark, intense color with aromas of dark fruits, spices, and earthy notes. On the palate it delivers a rich, full-bodied experience with firm tannins, refreshing acidity, and a lasting finish. It is sold at Costco in a six-bottle case of 750 ml bottles at 14.3% alcohol by volume.
