El Tesoro Blanco Tequila is a 100% Highland Blue Weber agave spirit produced at La Altena Distillery in Jalisco, Mexico — one of the last tequila producers to fully embrace traditional methods. The distillery was established in 1937 by Don Felipe Camarena, and today his grandson Carlos Camarena continues to oversee production with the same fierce commitment to craft and meticulous attention to detail. Shunning efficiency in favor of tradition, El Tesoro is distilled in traditional pot stills and bottled unaged directly after distillation to preserve the vibrant, fresh character of the agave.
