Made from specially bred and fed pigs raised in the Parma Province of North-Central Italy, this premium prosciutto is aged a minimum of 18 months (460 days) in Poggio Sant'Ilario, where the ideal microclimate naturally develops its characteristic sweet, delicate flavor.
