Freixenet Ice Cuvée Rosé is a premium Spanish Cava sparkling wine specially crafted to be enjoyed over ice. Produced in the Penedès appellation of Catalunya, Spain, this semi-seco (semi-dry) rosé blends Garnacha and Pinot Noir grapes, aged for a year on the lees and bottled with 45g/l of residual sugar for a pleasantly sweet character that holds up beautifully when poured over ice.

On the nose, it offers delicate fine bubbles with aromas of peaches, ripe pears, flowers, and hints of tropical fruits. The palate is creamy and sweet with a long, refreshing finish. The extra sweetness is intentional — it balances the dilution from ice so the flavor remains vibrant throughout.

To serve, fill a large wine glass with ice, pour Freixenet Ice Rosé over it, and garnish with fresh mint or slices of your favorite fruit. It works equally well as a standalone sipper or as a base for festive cocktails. The wine is suitable for everyday enjoyment and shines especially in warmer months.
