The GreenPan 5.1 Quart Sauté Pan is a versatile heavy-gauge aluminum pan ideal for sautéing, frying, searing, and braising. It features Thermolon™ diamond professional ceramic nonstick coating reinforced with diamonds for added strength, scratch resistance, and excellent heat transfer, making it a healthier alternative to traditional nonstick cookware.

The ceramic nonstick coating is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. The pan heats quickly and evenly thanks to its heavy-gauge aluminum construction, and features drip-free edge rims for easy pouring. A stay-cool bakelite helper handle provides a secure grip, and the included tempered glass lid keeps heat and moisture in during cooking.
