Driftless Glen Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the flagship spirit of the Driftless Glen Distillery, located in the Driftless Area of Wisconsin — a unique topographical region that was untouched by the last glaciation 15,000 years ago. The distillery sources its grain and water locally, drawing from a natural sandstone aquifer to produce whiskey 100% grain-to-glass using a 44-foot column still and a one-of-a-kind pot still.

Each small batch consists of approximately twenty barrels, hand-selected by Driftless Glen's distillers and blended together. The whiskey is bottled at 96 proof and is non-chill filtered to preserve its subtle spice and full-bodied character. It has earned a score of 90 from Whisky Advocate and helped the distillery earn Wisconsin Distillery of the Year from the New York International Spirits Competition, as well as recognition as a Top Ten US Spirits Brand by the London Spirits Competition.

On the nose, expect notes of cherries, honey, caramel, fresh grape jam, and winter spice with traces of corn. The palate delivers light grapes and baking spice at mid-palate, followed by soft pine notes. The finish is sweet and spicy, with a pleasantly unique flavor profile.
