Recanati Yasmin White is a refreshing kosher white wine blend from the Upper Galilee region of Israel. Composed of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Colombard, this straw gold-hued wine delivers abundant stone fruit and wild herb notes, punctuated by ripe tropical fruit, fennel, and pear. The grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Merom Ha'Galil, where warm days and cool nights create ideal growing conditions.

The wine is crafted by chief winemaker Kobi Arviv using delicate inert pressing followed by low-temperature fermentation and aging in controlled stainless steel tanks. It is vegan, cork-finished, and has an ABV of 11%. The 2023 vintage earned 88 points and a Best Buy designation from Wine Enthusiast. Pairs well with white fish, grilled poultry, salads, and latkes.
