The HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 is a wireless all-in-one inkjet printer designed for home offices and small businesses that need fast, reliable printing alongside copy, scan, and fax capabilities. It delivers print speeds of up to 20 pages per minute in black and white and up to 10 pages per minute in color, with a 2.7-inch color capacitive touchscreen for easy navigation.

The printer includes a 35-page Auto Document Feeder for hands-free multi-page scanning, copying, and faxing, as well as automatic two-sided printing to save paper. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n) with self-healing wireless technology, Ethernet, USB 2.0, and an RJ-11 fax port. Mobile printing is supported via Apple AirPrint, HP Smart app, Wi-Fi Direct, Mopria, and Chrome OS. The 1.2 GHz processor supports a monthly duty cycle of up to 20,000 pages, with a recommended volume of up to 800 pages per month.

The printer is compatible with HP 910 and HP 910XL ink cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow). It is HP+ enabled, allowing activation of the optional smart printing system which includes an Instant Ink subscription for automatic ink delivery. The printer is ENERGY STAR certified, EPEAT Silver rated, and is constructed with more than 15% recycled plastic content by weight.
