Glenkinchie 12 Year Old is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from the Glenkinchie distillery located just 15 miles from Edinburgh in the Scottish countryside. Distilled in some of Scotland's largest stills and matured for 12 years, this whisky is celebrated for its light and delicate character, making it ideal as an aperitif or pre-dinner drink. The result is a light, floral whisky with a fresh, creamy taste featuring notes of vanilla, cut flowers, lemon cheesecake, and hints of lily.

Glenkinchie 12 has won numerous international awards, including gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2010 and the Scotch Whisky Masters in 2011, and was named Best Lowland Single Malt of 2014 at the World Whiskies Awards. The distillery was founded by brothers John and George Rate in 1837 and has been producing exceptional whisky ever since. This 750ml bottle is bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). The whisky pairs beautifully with fish dishes, sashimi, sushi, scallops, and tempura prawns, or can be enjoyed alongside a simple madeleine or Parmigiano Reggiano.
