Rosalyn Dried Sea Cucumber Split is a premium wild-caught Atlantic sea cucumber sourced from the pristine coastal waters of Nova Scotia, Canada, produced by Atlantic Sea Cucumber Ltd. Each piece is split (butterfly cut) for easier preparation, then carefully dried to preserve its natural nutrients and allow for long-term storage at room temperature. The 16 oz (454g) resealable bag contains approximately 45 individual sea cucumbers.

Atlantic sea cucumber is a prized delicacy in Chinese and Asian cuisine, valued for its high protein content, delicate chewy texture once rehydrated, and nutritional density. This product contains no artificial preservatives, coloring agents, gelatin, or other additives, and is certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
