G4 Blanco is a premium tequila crafted by Felipe Camarena and his family, representing four generations of tequila-making expertise from Jalisco, Mexico. Produced at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579), this additive-free blanco tequila is made from estate-grown organic agave harvested only when fully ripened. The agaves are cooked for 22 hours in traditional stone ovens, then crushed using a handmade tahona wheel nicknamed "Felipestein."

The production process uses a unique blend of 50% harvested rainwater and 50% spring water from the Camarena farm, distilled twice in copper pot stills to create a low-methanol content spirit. The tequila is bottled unaged at 80-proof, showcasing the pure character of the agave. The distillery operates sustainably using solar and wind power along with rainwater harvesting.

G4 Blanco delivers intense aromas of black pepper, red pepper, pungent agave, and citrus notes with nice minerality. The palate offers true agave character with spicy and peppery notes, complemented by buttery smoothness and subtle smoky elements. The flavor profile includes cooked agave, herbal and vegetal notes, green olive, and hints of melon sweetness. The finish is light and clean with a touch of lingering heat and bittersweet chocolate with spice upfront.
