Pendleton Midnight is a super-premium blended Canadian whisky made with pure, glacier-fed spring water from Oregon's Mt. Hood. A portion of the blend is aged for over six years in American brandy barrels, delivering a complex and exceptionally smooth flavor. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

The nose presents musky notes of leather with warm cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a trace of ginger. The palate offers full, well-balanced oak paired with hints of coffee cake, nuts, caramelized bananas, and candied figs. The finish is full-bodied and satiating with a lingering smolder of spices, pecans, and walnuts.

Pendleton Midnight has earned multiple awards including Double Gold for Best Canadian Whisky at the 2024 Los Angeles Spirits Invitational Challenge, along with Gold medals at the 2024 ASCOT Awards and the 2024 Global Whiskey Challenge.
