Johnny Utah is brewed using a hop-bursting technique, where no dedicated bittering hop is used — all bitterness comes from late-addition aroma hops. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic, the beer delivers pronounced grapefruit, citrus, and pine resin flavors with a faint verdant note.
