Kamuela Tomatoes on the Vine (TOV) grown hydroponically in Kamuela on the Big Island of Hawaii by Kawamata Farms. These vine-ripened tomatoes are cultivated using a state-of-the-art hydroponic growing system adopted from the Netherlands, producing firm tomatoes with a balance of juice, crunch, zest, and sweetness.

Kawamata Farms is a family-owned operation with over half a century of farming in Hawaii. The farm produces 30,000 pounds of tomatoes per week, distributed to grocery stores and restaurants across the Hawaiian Islands. Tomatoes on the vine keep longer for convenient use in recipes, and are ideal for slicing, sandwiches, salads, and main entrees.
