Camas Prairie Winery Idaho Huckleberry Mead is a traditional honey wine crafted from wild huckleberries and pure honey — nothing else. Made by Idaho's oldest independent winery, founded in 1983 and now based in Bovill, Idaho within the St. Joe National Forest, this award-winning mead has earned gold medals at major regional competitions including the Great Northwest Invitational Wine Competition.

The mead pours a beautiful pink-hued amber. The nose opens with enticing honeyed huckleberries lifted by mountain florals and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is sweet at 4.5% residual sugar, with a creamy texture full of wild floral character and the signature tart finish of hand-picked wild huckleberries. Alcohol is 12% by volume.

Serve well chilled alongside dark chocolate, cheesecake, sharp aged cheese, or drizzled over vanilla bean ice cream. Each bottle is 750ML; sold in cases of 12.
