La Jolla Baking Co.'s Authentic Sourdough is a 33 oz sliced loaf crafted using traditional slow-fermentation methods. The dough is fermented for up to 14 hours, developing the rich, tangy flavor characteristic of classic sourdough and earning it a reputation as a restaurant-quality bread.

Each loaf contains 21 pre-sliced pieces cut to 5/8 inch thickness. The generous slices are versatile for a wide range of sandwiches — BLTs, tuna melts, Frisco burgers, paninis, grilled cheese, and club sandwiches — or simply enjoyed toasted with butter.
