1792 Small Batch 12 Year Aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited edition expression from Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Bottled at 96.6 proof (48.3% ABV) and limited to one bottle per customer, this highly sought-after release is available in a 750ml bottle.

Crafted from 1792's signature high-rye mash bill, this bourbon matures for more than a decade in new, charred American white oak barrels inside Warehouse Z — a barrel house perched on the edge of a bluff where intense heat and humidity create ideal aging conditions. After twelve years, the whiskey is brought to proof using iron-free Kentucky limestone water, the same source used by distillers in the region for over a century.

The result is a full-bodied bourbon with rich flavors of vanilla and cocoa, complemented by notes of toffee, hazelnut, and warming rye spice. Delicate fruit notes develop over the long aging period, met by a lingering, complex smoky finish.
