The Kryptek Vellus Jacket is a high-performance cold-weather hunting jacket built for serious outdoor use. It features a 100% polyester micro fleece shell that is 100% waterproof and 100% windproof, with fully seam-taped construction to block out rain, wind, and cold in extreme late-season conditions.

Insulated with Thinsulate Platinum XTS, the Vellus provides powerful warmth across a temperature range of approximately 15°F to 50°F without adding bulk. X-STATIC silver fiber technology is integrated into the insulation to neutralize odor-causing bacteria, helping reduce scent signature — a critical feature for hunting applications. Stretch lamination throughout enhances mobility and durability in rugged terrain.

The jacket includes a 3-point adjustable and detachable hood, pit zips for thermal regulation, one zippered chest pocket, two hand pockets, one internal pocket, adjustable Velcro wrist cuffs, an adjustable waistband, and a chin rash guard.
