Zenato Ripassa Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore is a premium Italian red wine crafted using the traditional Ripasso technique. After the fermentation of Amarone raisined grapes, the best selection of Valpolicella is "passed over again" on the still-warm Amarone pomace, initiating a second short fermentation that increases alcohol content and produces a wine richer in color, body, and aromas.

The blend is composed of Corvina (85%), Rondinella (10%), and Oseleta (5%) grapes, with 14% alcohol by volume. The wine is aged for 18 months in tonneaux followed by at least 6 months of bottle aging. On the palate, Ripassa offers intense aromas of wild berries, forest spices, cocoa, and balsamic herbs, with fruity hints, very fine tannins, and a finish of chocolate and spices.

Ripassa has received notable critical acclaim, including 94 points from James Suckling and 91 points from Robert Parker. It represents one of the most significant wines in Zenato's winemaking development. Contains sulphites. 750ML bottle.
