Union Horse Distilling Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a handcrafted, award-winning spirit from the family-owned Union Horse Distilling Co., established in 2010 in Lenexa, Kansas, just outside of Kansas City. Distilled from a sour mash recipe of corn and rye, this small-batch bourbon is crafted in a traditional copper pot still and aged 5 to 7 years in signature new charred oak barrels.

Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) and non-chill filtered to preserve its natural character, each bottle is hand-numbered and signed by Master Distiller and Co-Founder Patrick Garcia. Tasting notes include maple, nougat, vanilla, and smoke, with layers of melted dark chocolate, toffee, caramel creams, and warm baking spices. It is smooth and complex whether served neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail such as an Old Fashioned.
