The entire honeycomb can be eaten, including the beeswax comb which is crunchy and chewy.

Perfect for charcuterie boards, the honeycomb can be spread on warm bread or crackers, crumbled into yogurt or salads, or enjoyed straight with a spoon. The hexagonal honeycomb cells are only 0.002 inches thick but can support 25 times their own weight.
