Lucky Corner at Westview Promenade is a family-owned Vietnamese and Pan-Asian restaurant in Frederick, Maryland, proudly serving the community since 2006. The restaurant was founded by head chef Pha Huynh, a Vietnamese immigrant and former award-winning chef at the Grand Hyatt Washington, along with his wife Ha Duong and their son Trung Huynh.
