The Taylor Model 3519 is a digital instant-read pocket probe thermometer designed for fast, accurate temperature measurement in home and professional kitchen settings. Its FDA-recommended 1.5mm step-down tip and 3 3/16" stainless steel probe allow easy insertion into thinner and more delicate foods, delivering a readout in 5 seconds or less.

The thermometer features a clear 1/2" digital display and reads in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, with a wide temperature range of -40°F to 450°F (-40°C to 230°C) and an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit at a resolution of 0.1 degrees. Its pen-style body is easy to grip and is water-resistant with Safe-T-Guard antimicrobial protection against bacterial growth. A convenient HOLD button locks the displayed temperature for easy recording, while an auto-shutoff function conserves battery life.
