Domaine Louis Moreau Chablis Vaulignot Premier Cru is a classic Burgundian white wine from the prestigious Chablis appellation in northern France. Produced by Domaine Louis Moreau, a 50-hectare family estate founded in 1994 by Louis and Anne Moreau, this Premier Cru wine comes from the Vaulignot vineyard, situated in a side valley on the left bank of the Serein River.

Vaulignot is distinguished by a higher proportion of clay in its soils compared to other Premier Cru sites, lending the wine a rounder, fuller profile while retaining the signature Chablis minerality. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving the terroir-driven character of the wine. The result is an elegant Chardonnay with an expressive nose of mint, pineapple, and citrus, followed by a rich, mineral palate and a long, clean finish. This 750ml bottle is 100% Chardonnay, as is typical of all Chablis AOC wines.
