Patz & Hall Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is a premium red wine crafted from sixteen small, independent family-owned vineyard sites along California's Sonoma Coast. This elegant Pinot Noir displays classic coastal characteristics with fresh red fruits including cherry, mulled strawberry, cranberry, and cassis. Complex spice notes of cinnamon, clove, anise, and coriander accompany subtle hints of forest floor and pink flowers.

The wine is produced using 10% whole cluster fermentation, multi-yeast fermentations including native yeast, and aged in 100% Burgundian French oak barrels (40% new, 60% used). Bottled without filtration to preserve aromas and flavors, this wine is vegan-friendly. The palate is full-bodied with refined tannins and fresh acidity, finishing with good purity. At 14.5% alcohol, the 2021 vintage captures the elegance and purity that are hallmarks of Pinot Noir at its best.
