1792 Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey crafted in accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This limited edition bourbon comes from barrels filled during the same distilling season and is bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV) for a bold taste and lingering finish. The mash bill consists of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% barley, aged for at least 4 years in Kentucky barrel warehouses.

The unmistakable spice of 1792 Bourbon is met with notes of charred oak and fresh mint. Subtle caramel apple tones are delicately balanced with the lingering essence of coffee and black pepper. On the palate, expect roasted caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, roasted oak, dried apple, orange, ginger, dark chocolate, and hints of dried pineapple and apricot. The finish leaves roasty caramel, oak, cinnamon, dried ginger, and apple skins with a spicy and oaky character from beginning to end.

This bourbon has earned multiple prestigious awards including Double Gold Medal and Best in Category at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and an Excellent recommendation with 94 points at the 2020 Ultimate Spirits Competition.
