These catfish are fed a scientifically formulated diet of soybeans, corn, wheat, and essential vitamins and minerals, ensuring consistent quality and flavor. The fish undergo quality and flavor checks 3-4 times before pond harvest and once again before processing. Each 2 lb package contains individually quick frozen (IQF) fillets for convenient portioning and preparation.

After processing, the fillets are immediately flash frozen and shipped in refrigerated trucks to ensure maximum freshness. Delta Pride maintains full-time USDA inspection at their processing facility, guaranteeing the highest quality catfish on the market.
