The 4-pound resealable bag includes a scoop for easy preparation. For a hot drink (12 fl oz), mix 1-2 scoops with 9 fl oz of hot water or milk and stir. For an iced drink (16 fl oz), mix 2-3 scoops with 5 fl oz of hot water, stir rapidly until dissolved, pour into a cup filled with ice, then add 3 fl oz of cold water or milk. For a blended drink (16 fl oz), pour 6 fl oz of water or milk in a blender with 2-3 scoops, add 1½ cups of ice, and blend until smooth.
