Humulin 70/30 is a premixed human insulin suspension manufactured by Eli Lilly, combining 70% insulin isophane (NPH) and 30% regular human insulin in a single 10 mL vial at a concentration of 100 units/mL. It is indicated for the control of blood sugar levels in adults and children with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.

The 70/30 formulation provides both intermediate-acting and short-acting insulin coverage in a single injection. The NPH component delivers extended background insulin activity, while the regular insulin component helps manage post-meal glucose spikes.
