Nivarius is a distinguished winery from the Rioja DOCa region of Spain with a remarkable distinction: they are the first and only winery in Rioja dedicated exclusively to producing white wine. This Edición Limitada Blanco is a blend of 70% Viura and 30% Maturana Blanca, two classic white grape varieties native to the region.

The wine pours a medium gold with inviting citrus aromas on the nose. It is medium to medium-full bodied with flavors of apple, orange, apricot, and lemon, complemented by lively acidity that makes it an exceptionally versatile food pairing wine.
