Two Mile delivers a rich roasted flavor with just a touch of bitter-sweetness, making it complex and versatile enough for both espresso and drip brewing. For espresso, use an 18-gram dose and pull to yield approximately 2 ounces (36-40 grams) of liquid espresso over 20-30 seconds. For drip coffee, use a 1:12 to 1:15 brew ratio with water heated to 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit and steep for no more than three and a half minutes.
