Lapostolle Le Petit Clos is the second wine from the prestigious Clos Apalta estate in Chile's acclaimed Colchagua Valley, produced by Casa Lapostolle. This elegant red blend is crafted from Apalta Vineyard fruit and is designed to be approachable in its youth while still showcasing the complexity and depth that has made Clos Apalta one of Chile's most celebrated wineries.

The blend is led by Carménère, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with a small addition of Cabernet Franc. The wine delivers aromas of plum, blackberry, bay leaf, and menthol over a core of dark chocolate and spiced fruit. On the palate it is silky and supple with well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish with graphite and herbal notes. Recent vintages have earned scores of 93 points from Wine Spectator and up to 96 points from Vinous.
