The wine showcases 100% Chardonnay made from Dijon clone vines grown in volcanic Jory soil at high-elevation estate sites, which the winemaking team credits as the foundation for the wine's exceptional quality.

The Evenstad Reserve is crafted through the art of blending select barrels, and is aged 15 months in barrel before bottling. The wine typically exhibits aromas of lemon, lime, pineapple, and guava with a distinct minerality on the nose.
