The coffee is air-roasted using turbulent hot air that evenly roasts each bean to perfection. This proprietary air-roasting process separates and removes bitter-tasting chaff and impurities, resulting in a cup that is noticeably less bitter and acidic than barrel or drum roasted coffees.
