Each 2.5-pound bag contains approximately 7 servings of 6 meatballs. They are free of all Big 9 Allergens including peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish, fish, and sesame. These meatballs are also Certified Paleo.

They can be prepared from frozen or thawed on the stovetop, in the microwave, or in an air fryer. Stovetop preparation takes about 9.5 minutes from frozen or 5.5 minutes thawed. Microwave takes about 2.25 minutes from frozen or 45 seconds thawed. Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes from frozen or 6 minutes thawed. They can be enjoyed with or without a sauce as a meal, snack, or appetizer.
