Each multi-pack contains 7 individually portioned trays of 2 egg bites per tray (4.6 oz each), making them ideal for a quick, protein-rich breakfast at home or on the go. The bites are crafted with rbST-free dairy and contain no artificial preservatives.

Each tray delivers approximately 20 grams of protein and just 3 grams of carbohydrates, making them a popular choice for high-protein and low-carb diets. They are comparable to Starbucks sous vide egg bites at a significantly lower per-serving cost, and are certified gluten-free.
