Based on GN ReSound's advanced LiNX Quattro platform, the Preza 8 delivers clear, natural sound amplification suitable for mild to severe hearing loss, with a durable BTE housing that sits securely behind the ear and connects to the ear canal via a tube and earmold.

The Preza 8 BTE features Bluetooth connectivity and is Made for Apple, enabling direct audio streaming from iPhones, iPads, and iPods without an intermediate device. Android users can also stream audio via Bluetooth, and the hearing aid connects seamlessly with smart TVs and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. The proprietary ReSound Smart 3D app lets wearers save customized sound environment profiles for different settings—such as quiet rooms or busy restaurants—and adjust volume, balance, and program settings directly from a smartphone. Remote fine-tuning by a hearing care professional is also available through the app, eliminating the need for in-clinic visits for minor adjustments.

Sound processing uses multi-directional microphone technology to capture a full spectrum of frequencies for a natural listening experience. Advanced noise reduction algorithms improve speech clarity in noisy environments, while ear-to-ear wireless communication synchronizes both hearing aids for balanced, coordinated sound. The BTE form factor accommodates a size 13 zinc-air battery, providing up to 7 days of use per battery.
