Each 2-pound bag contains raw, peeled, deveined, tail-off shrimp in a 10-30 count per pound size range, with no added preservatives or chemicals.

Do not cook from frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, drain, then grill or sauté from a thawed state to an internal temperature of 165°F. Do not force thaw under running water and do not refreeze once thawed.
