Each bottling in the Polígonos line is crafted to express the individual character of a specific high-altitude sub-region — including San Pablo, Gualtallary, and Altamira — rather than blending across zones.

Sourced from the Uco Valley's cool-climate sub-regions, this Malbec benefits from significant diurnal temperature variation and mineral-rich soils. It is unoaked and medium-bodied, with an aromatic profile of red berries, blackberry, violet, citrus, and herbs. On the palate, blackberry, citrus, and herbal flavors carry through to a spicy and complex finish with mineral nuances and velvety tannins supported by vibrant acidity.
