Gaston Chiquet Brut Tradition Premier Cru is a non-vintage Champagne from France's celebrated Vallée de la Marne appellation, produced by the family-owned Gaston Chiquet estate. This classic cuvée is blended from 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, and 25% Pinot Noir, sourced from premier cru and grand cru vineyards in Hautvillers, Dizy, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and Aÿ. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel on clay and limestone over chalk soils, following sustainable farming practices.

Aged 48 or more months on the lees with a dosage of approximately 6g/L, this Champagne displays a vivacious mousse with notes of ripe black cherry, Meyer lemon peel, fresh blossoms, and toasted biscuit. It is elegantly balanced with crisp, mineral-driven acidity and a lingering finish that makes it equally suited as an aperitif or food pairing wine.
